Shipping: Typically, we ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days from the day the order was placed. It should take 2-3 business days to receive once the order has been shipped, unless you paid for expedited shipping. Returns Policy: We pride ourselves on great quality and customer service; we want you to be completely happy with your order. - Katydid Collection will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange within 7 days of the original purchase. Item(s) must be returned in condition received with all tags intact or merchandise will be returned to the sender.
- Sale merchandise is non-refundable.
- Refunds will be credited to original credit card only.
- Shipping is not refundable except on defective merchandise.
A Return Authorization number (RA#) must be obtained from customer service for all returns, please email returns@katydidcollection.com. The RA# must be written on the outside of the packaging.
